Reasons it's a Max:
1) It's in red
2) Extremely fast BPM (there's just not a mandatory 2x like on the other maxes)
3) A Konami representative said so on DDR FreakComment

It's Mission Mode level 100. Thats the harder steps.
You can't unlock them to be in the Game Mode though.Comment
