    Custom symbols in SM song names

    Wrong forum? May be, but I'd get no replies if I posted elsewhere.

    Here's the deal: You all know me as evilbutterfly. However, when making songs and simfile I just go by NTW (my initials). Now, this is not a very cool screenname, but years ago I discovered a way of writing my initals that makes them look cool. You may have already noticed, but I use this symbol as my stepfile title. Here it is:

    Now, what I want is for that to show up as the artist name in Stepmania, just like Omega shows up as a symbol. I looked in official DDR song files and found that a small png named Nameofsong-char.png is saved in the folder. Hence, I made such a graphic for myself:

    Well, you may have noticed, but this graphic is in the Have a Seizure folder, because I made the song. Well, I tried to make that symbol show up as the artist in SM (by copying and pasting the text from MAX300's DWI file) but it didn't work.

    If any of you know how to do this or know where I'm screwing up, please help. I'd like to make more songs for SM, but I want my artist name to show up correctly. Any and all help is appreciated (and please, experiment on your own and try to make it work).
    So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =(

    In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz.

    So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright.
    And I write the blog for their website.

    Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O

      #TITLE:NTW;
      #DISPLAYTITLE:{NTW-CHAR.PNG};
      #ARTIST:dj TAKA feat.NTW;
      #DISPLAYARTIST:dj TAKA feat.{NTW-CHAR.PNG};
      Exactly like that, keeping the {}'s.

      And name your image NTW-CHAR.PNG.

        No, it's NOT too big. And in case you're thinking it's too wide, then no, because MAHOU NO TOBIRA (SUPEESU MAKO NO TEEMU)'s title works just fine and it looks like this:

        Snapps, I'm pretty sure I tried that already and it didn't work. I'll go try again, though, just to be sure.

        EDIT: Nope, didn't work. This is really making me mad...

          Do you have your options to show Native Language or the other one(I forgot what it was -.-) in SM.

            Yeah, everything else shows up like it should in SM. That long one I posted above shows up just like that, Omega shows up properly, everything seems like it should work, but it just won't

              If it's not too big, then could it possibly be too small?
