Moogy, definitely, though he has been better as of late (for obvious reasons).
I really don't have a problem with ToshX, and don't know why he's so hated...
evilbutterfly is up there, too, as is evilbean. Oh, and minymax, too, but after that I don't really have problems with the forum-goers. Privateer used to be annoying, but he's cool now.

This should have been called "Who doesn't annoy you at all in the forums?" since there is a huge majority of annoying idiots over those that are awesome. Requirements for those in the annoying section are at least one of the following:
1) People who cannot spell or those without any grammar skills.
2) People who consider themselves "1337" or "teh b3st".
3) People without any intelligence at all.
4) People with horrendous biases.
5) People who follow the bandwagon constantly.
That's pretty much it. I can think of maybe 20 people that aren't on that list.
