R3Air running choppy and I don't know why

I've tried many things, but for some reason R3Air runs quite choppy regardless of the framerate I have it at. I tried lowering it to 30 and that didn't work, 60 and above; it was still choppy. I'm not sure what I can do to fix it, I have Judge Offset at auto (~0.22 atm) and global offset at 0, if that helps. Does anyone know what I should do?

P.S: It's definitely not my computer, I can run most AAA games >120fps consistently. That's why I'm so lost as on what to do.

Heya - if you haven't already I'd recommend downloading and trying the hybrid version: https://www.flashflashrevolution.com...Air.Custom.zip

Also users tend to have the best luck with 55 or 59 FPS for one reason or another. Let us know if none of these fix it.

If the above doesn't work, try this list of fixes until you reach something that works for you.
