As a man with RSI myself I found this stretch very helpful. You press your upper most hand joints with your other hand and if you are doing it correctly you should feel stretching in knuckles and metacarpals. Hold that for about 10 minutes and you should feel great (not permanent tho, you still have to take breaks lol)

Use some myself sometimes if i feel stiff or have lesser pain. -

Hell yeah came here to recommend one of his vids. It helped me a lot when I was having RSI problems from too much SSBMDr. Levi (https://www.youtube.com/user/drlevifitness) has a lot of stretches and such.

I constantly force myself to take a break every 30 minutes of working on the computer. My neck and back constantly ache. I also started taking various supplements. Among them, I read about organic mullein drops, this is a mullein leaf that helps me breathe deeply. Sometimes I think that I’m getting old, because I didn’t think about health at all before.
