Requesting to be a specific player will not increase your chances of rolling that specific character (Sorry AA). All characters have an equal chance of being rolled into the game.
Ike is not a possible character as I will be moderating on TWG Ike.
If a player has a role, but send no action during a time period when they may use this action, nothing happens.
I would be very careful about revealing which specific character you have randed. It might not be in your best interest to do so.
