    Any way to improve StepMania accuracy?

    So, my MA could be considered pretty "ok" right now, as it always has been. At least on files that have a clear rhythm and a relatively slow beat (<200) I can do fairly well.
    However, I have a lot of consistency issues that prevent me from having "great" accuracy. Like, I just want to be able to hit every note marvelously, but sometimes the preceding rhythms throw me off and I end up hitting it early/late.
    Also, I am looking to improve my speed MA for files over 200 and with not-so-simple subdivisions. Any advice/agreement would be much appreciated!

      I'd say to play on j7 but idk how much that actually helps

          play easy files and try to get lower perfects.

              Hi there. The reason behind much innacuracy is actually not our faults but is caused because frames that could be potentially displayed are not being displayed. By setting the frame rate higher it could help with your accuracy issue. Mine is set at 4000.

                                  Do you know of any way to set the default frame rate of stepmania? I am looking for every possible solution to this accuracy problem, although I can hardly contemplate why refresh rates would have anything to do with this.

                                          Open up the stepmania.ini and scroll down until you see the timing change the window for Marv's to something like 10000.00002 and you'll notice your MA drastically improve

                                              Don't use the arrow key, use something like D, F, J, K
