Yes, it has ever worked.
Worth fixing now?
Probably not.
I think it's worth fixing for the community because it gives us another option when we aren't in the mood to play FFR but still want to play a rhythm-based game with other people. Also, MixMasterLar suggested awhile ago that SIU would work really well with an app with a touch screen, which I really think is a fantastic idea.

Also that triple post is almost as delicious as a hot, fresh, Domino's pizza.
If no one plays it, then why were there so many people who joined the spin it up thread I made a year ago that ranked people based on skill level? I bet there would be a lot more people that play it if there was a tournament for it and threads for spin it up. Maybe we could submit new songs to it and create skill tokens for it. I really like Spin It Up and I would love for other people to play so that we could play each other for fun or create tournaments for it.

Getting others to play is the difficult task because it is essentially dead besides a player such as yourself who is a die-hard SiU player.
Isn't there only roughly 30 songs to play throughout the entire game also? A player base is only going to repetitively play the same songs until they find a new game or more songs to choose from, which I doubt any songs are being added to it.
EDIT: Never saw a SiU Tournament though it would be pretty cool to witness.

If enough people are interested, we could have people in charge of Spin It Up songs who can judge SIU files and people interested in spin it up can submit new files every week or two. There's already about one-hundred songs for spin it up. :P
