    I Uploaded My First Let's Play!

          it's a gameboy color emulator so i wanted to have the same screen size as it normally would have on the gameboy

          next time i'll probably focus the screen on the game itself, though

              I'm glad that you're comfortable enough to start a let's play, but yeah, the window should be fullscreen next time lol

                  You could also record only the game window so that it scales to the size of the youtube window itself. At least depending on what you are using to record. Open broadcaster has this option.

                  Does the actual game resolution get better if you make it bigger?

                      I think it gets worse since it has to compensate for the enlarged size. I'll try to focus the camera on only the game next time, though.
