Only two misses and 7 greats! Much better than last time
Made it through Bad Maniacs this time but Golden Slaughter fucking rekt me within the first minute x.x Some really complex mods going on in that one. I didn't know that it's a 7 minute song either. That's going to be really tough to get through after four other songs...

Sightread of the song and the mods. Not too terribly hard. Definitely gonna improve this one soon
Another heavy mods sightread. These are the only two songs I managed to pass in this pack lol (WinDEU Hates You: 401k, for those that don't know the course).
Tried playing Golden Slaughter without the mods to get a better feel for the song. Pretty terrible score for a sightread, but it's 7 minutes long x.x give me a break. I need to work on my stamina...

I'm still alive, I swear. Now that crunch time is finally over at work I should have some free time to play again. Gotta build up all that stamina again though since I stopped for almost a month x.x
Tested out a chart I just finished recently. Turned out pretty good I think. I feel like it's a hard 10.
Here's a video if anyone is curious what the chart looks like.
Up from a 76% or something like that. Nowhere near what I used to be able to do, but it's good stamina practice.

Holy shit I passed it. This song is hard as fuck to read for me, especially that weird part with the arrows sliding around a sphere. Now that I can pass it I can start improving the score
Another reference video cus the mods in this one are insane.
Finally got a 96 on this one The Decent was on a 16th hold that came out of nowhere. I wasn't paying attention and didn't drop the hold but was way off beat on hitting it. FC will come soon...This is without the mods btw since I just like the chart by itself.

Decided to change it up a bit and played some PIU today. The PIU arrows really need to be broken in still; they are slippery as fuck. Crossovers are really dangerous lol
So fucking close to a AAA! Both greats were part of the same gallop where I just did the crossover wrong I'll get this next time.
Another really close one. I can probably AAA this now that I know it better.
Happy to see I can still pass this I'll definitely improve once my pad stops being so damn slippery.

Starting to work on that course again. Posting these failed scores just for progress reference
This is only the second time playing this on pad. I've watched it on autoplay a few times to get a better sense of the mods and I think it helped. I can read the part that I failed on last time perfectly, but there are still three other sections that kicked my ass.
This is the first time playing this on pad. It wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I could read the pad part really well (if you watch the chart you'll know what this is), but the stuff after that where the playfield rotates all around kicked my ass. When it goes to the sides I have no idea what's going on. I'll probably be able to pass this before Golden Slaughter tbh.

Sure helps to play this when I'm not insanely tired.
First pass outside of the course. I'm so fucking bad at that last part. I just can't figure out when the first arrow is and them I'm off for the whole section and I can't figure out how to correct myself.
Not bad, all things considered.
Getting there...I keep fucking up the last half of the pad part, but I can almost read it. It's just another case of getting off once and then never being able to recover. Still pretty terrible at the rotation part too, but I was able to read it a bit better this time.
And this song is just fun FC soon.

New attempt at that course. Got a lot farther into Golden Slaughter but I keep failing at the same part every time =/ I need to practice on keyboard or something. Also finally set up joy2key to trigger the second player as well, which makes a lot of parts SO much easier to read. It has a lot of input lag though so the 2p score is way lower every time.

I failed XD Oh well. I knew I wasn't going to pass but I wanted to try it anyways. I'm super pumped that I managed to pass two 12s. Horrible scores, but just being able to pass them is a huge improvement. Means I'm getting better
