Back in my day all the arrows were blue and scrolled at 1x speed. I didnt play a properly synced file for months when I started... because there were none! You kids complaining about lag these days, you dont even know what lag IS. Back then we screencut because we had to, and we liked it!

Dat task manager screencutting method.
You had to click between two incredibly small circles back in old MP to switch your scroll direction.
You couldn't mute the menu music in Legacy, and remember when they finally changed it?

totally relevant here -- when playing FFR seriously for the first time in quite some time, I very legitimately could not read through the mess of colors since playing so much osu!mania; shoutouts to badman for making the connection that column colors + halved noteskin = all red notes <3
