    "Your favorite not-so-famous-artists" thread

    Who is your favorite kinda- or really unknown artist, like the band you can only get their CD from their website, or an underground artist, or some guy that goes to Applebee's on Tuesday nights to do drunken karaoke? I wanna know, so to start things off, mc chris is mine. His rap vocals are unique and he should have a CD in a store or sumpin. Give him a listen. www.mcchris.com > enter > listen. Or, if you have the song "Fett's Vette" unlocked in Secret mode, listen to that.

              I would have to go with mc chris too. I've been a fan for two years now. In fact, I am the reason why Fett's Vette is on FFR. And I made half the stepfile, but Kiwk got all the credit....I hate that guy.

              Oh, and We Say Goodbye. They are the only emo/pop-punk band I like.

                          In terms of FFR artists, my credit goes to SGX, obviously.
                          Although I enjoy almost all of Fat's Sabobah stuff, too.

                          In terms of established, unknown bands, it's Abandoned Pools. Ever watched Clone High? (the show in my sig..) AP does the theme song for that, and alot of the music in the episodes, as well.

                                  MC Chris has been in a few episodes of Aqua Teen Hunger Force and at least one of Sealab 2021.

                                  Hey Jewpin, which half of "Fett's Vette" did you do?

                                  For the favorite part: Do the Pillows count? How about Ornage Range? I've been hearing quite a lot of good coming from them.

                                  And since jazzmosis mentioned it, my favorite on FFR is definitely SGX mostly because of 4F73R M3.

                                      How could I forget The Pillows? I love the FLCL soundtrack! I also like The Seat Belts for the Cowboy Bebop intro.

                                                  I did the first half, or the easier half.

                                                  I dont think the Pillows count since they were on the soundtrack to a very popular Anime and are quite famous.

                                                          The Pillows aren't well known in America. The only people who know of them are people really into anime.
