Here you can get an HQ mp3 and a synced .sm with all the BPM changes filled in.
For reference for some of the more complex rhythms (inc. the whole first fifth of the song and the weird 7/96 hi-hat rhythm in the first speedcore-like section) there's a video of it playing through in Renoise here.
Every line is a 96nd note, and every line has 12 ticks. Q# or Q0# means "play # ticks later", and R# or R?# means "play every # ticks during this line".
I can also send the project file via PM for viewing in the Renoise demo to anyone who asks.
