Tourney Specs

This is gonna be a vanilla tournament with 6 rounds.
Seven divisions.
Non-elimination.
Raw scoring.

Each round will be 3 days long.

Ghosting is allowed for this tournament.


Don't submit for a round, then cya. Ask for an extension, then you'll most likely get one. Just PM me about it first.

Score will be recorded if you submit a screenie in the thread. Screenie should include timestamp.

Oh yeah, to prevent this a little, you're gonna need the entire 250+ plays spread out on 75+ songs to be qualified to sign up.

Ooh, but there's one little twist!
So maybe this is like a cookie dough thingamajig tournament.
Instead of it being cumulative score...

each round, you'll be given a certain amount of points based on your placement.

I suck at explanations, SO I'LL JUST GIVE AN EXAMPLE:
Say there's 5 people in your division

You get first?
5 points.
You get last?
1 point.
You get third?
3 points.

Non-submits will be treated like last place players.

For example: If there is one non-submitter, that guys is in last place and "gets" one point.
The next person after that gets 2.

If there are two non-submitters, they "get" 1 point each
Next person after that gets 3.

Your cumulative number of points determines your placement in a division.

Comprende? Good. No comprende? Let your voice be heard or else things are gonna be weird.

Why am I doing this?

The current cumulative scoring thing is biased toward the last couple rounds, and if I choose a song that you're really, really bad at, then you're kinda screwed in a normal cumulative tourney. I wanna see what kind of a difference this setup makes.
