    Any of you guys play competitive melee?

    Just seeing how many people (if any) besides me play melee and where they play.

    I main marth play up in washington. i usually go to the monthly tourneys in lynnwood
    WITHOUT ANY QUALMS

      I like the game and I'm pretty good at it, but I don't play competitively. I've held my own against some people that do.

          Once upon a time. I mained Fox/Doc/like6othercharacters but didn't really get very far in the Alberta scene.

              I love Melee -- I liked playing with Falco. Not sure if I'd last long in a competitive scene, though. I've only ever won local competitions when I was in college.

                  Used to. My best friends from high school are apart of the Dallas team and are participating in the Upcoming Texas tournament. Houston's been talking a lot of trash so imma prob be there to represent. If I still lived with them I would still be on a competitive level for sure. I have never even owned the game lol

                          I used to travel a LOT for competitive Smash. I was mostly into brawl (lol) but I often entered melee as well because it was fun. Melee definitely the better of the two but I was far better at brawl in a competitive sense.

                          Brawl mains were Falco, Zero Suit Samus, and Metaknight
                          Melee mains were Marth and Falco

                                      Even though I suck balls at Melee I still traveled to events because I just love the smash scene. I am more known in the brawl community because I played that a bit more and there were a lot more locals (and free money) for that game compared to Melee in the area. But I traveled mostly around Western Michigan for the events and I have hosted a couple as well.

                                      Melee Mains: Ganon and Marth
                                      Brawl Mains: Wolf and G&W

                                          never did comp tho. melee had just come out in gr 12, so a bunch of people had gamecubes in their lockers, and at lunch or spares, you'd go looking for empty classrooms where people would set up. Had to bring your own controller tho. fun times

                                                      Ugh. Had I known these groups were around when I still lived in Dallas I would have been competitive.

                                                      I mained Fox/Jiggly, with occasional Samus.
