    I wasn't really expecting this album to not only be good, but amazing. I wasn't really impressed with ghosts I-IV, it was just to atmospheric and ambient for my tastes.

    But Hesitation Marks on the other hand is definitely a bit more like his usual stuff.

                  the sound on this is amazing. he's giving a free dl for FLAC if you buy the album, says it'll cater to audiophiles. i'd be curious.

                      Yeah they have the "audiophile" mastered tracks, which sound pretty good.

                      Instead of doing the usual "loud" mastering they kept all the low bass data and other complicated things. From what I gathered the songs are quieter, but have more range of frequency which is great for those of us with hi-fi systems/headphones.
