The FFR Credit Jackpot stole my credits!!!

I won a couple of high wagers in the FFR Jackpot but I haven't seen a slight change of increase in my credits. It has almost been a week or more now. I messaged one of the Administrators about this issue a couple of days ago because I did not want to make a thread about it on the forums but he has not replied to me yet. It seems like I am losing credits instead of gaining them every time I play. The last two games I played had a jackpot of 6,300 and I think 2,700 and I actually won both games consecutively, but then I stopped playing after those two games and waited about a week or more to experiment this issue. The admin obviously did not care to try and help me so I figured if I posted a thread now then someone out there will help me.
