                  Overcautious people after an event like the one at the Boston Marathon will do this sort of thing. I do hope it isn't a real bomb, but at least everyone's safe.

                      This isn't a case of being overcautious/overreacting, this is a case of a guy walked into a building and straight up said he had a bomb.

                      People crazy enough to do that even as a joke, you take 'em seriously.
