Hi. I play twg.
For all of you who might actually be wondering what twg is and why it could mean a lot to you I invite you to go to the twg subforum in the games forum. I seem to be playing this game in all the wrong places so it is only adequate that I start playing here again, hopefully with new blood joining the game.
If anything, twg is a means to an end. An experiment xperiment in lying, posturing, backstabbing, wit and word vomiting. It's about making people feel bad you caught them, making people waste their time, pointing fingers at everyone, and generally being an asshole or a white knight. You might even be reasonable every once in a while.
If you like detective work, emotional investment, or just making people grind their teeth you should join one of the upcoming games I'm sure V or Manticore will host.
The format is simple. confused good guys against bad guys. We vote to kill who think is a bad guy every day. A good guy gets killed by the bad guys every night.
It's fun and it'll make you hate everyone. You should play.

I've played TWG in real life, I quite enjoyed it.
I really enjoyed the killing people part. Luckily I was never chosen~
Amazing what a parenthetical insert can do to the meaning.

Best strat: enjoy the game, play what you feel like when you feel like it. Don't think about what you are doing or why, enjoy the gameplay, the artistry behind the stepfile, and enjoy the music.
When the game isn't fun for you anymore, take a break. It's not a job, nobody here is professional and getting paid to play and force themselves to constantly improve... it's a game.

Yeah, FFR is addicting...I don't think I'll get bored with this game unless I somehow become the best at it, which won't happen.

Everything is so cryptic
I think if I had MORE OF THIS in my life I would be LESS CONFUSED
"A new take on the epic fantasy genre... Darkly comic, relatable characters... twisted storyline."
"Readers who prefer tension and romance, Maledictions: The Offering, delivers... As serious YA fiction, I’ll give it five stars out of five. As a novel? Four and a half." - Liz Ellor
