The concerned forum poster in me wants to tell your girlfriend nearly the same thing.
your best bet would be to do some research. look up youtube reviews of each phone, read user reviews on various different locations that these phones are sold. i wouldnt base my opinion solely on what feedback you get here.
Samsung Galaxy would be my choice. It costs about as much as my current phone but has much more internal storage (my phone has too little storage and i'm annoyed by how often i have to clear app data just to view pictures or look at music)

I never self-reflect, and therefore, I have no negative thoughts about myself. However I am also aware about my successes.
Just a heads up: Virgin Mobile is a little bit cheaper month-to-month. I have the HTC One V through Virgin at $35/month. But if Boost has better coverage in your area then I understand.
So if you live in an area with 4G coverage, the best choice is obviously the HTC Evo Design 4G because it's the only phone you posted that can take advantage of 4G speeds.
If you don't have 4G, I would probably have to recommend the LG Venice or the ZTE Warp Sequent. The Venice is a little better because it can record 720p video, but the Warp Sequent is slightly cheaper. So if you want HD video, go for the Venice, if not, go for the Warp Sequent.
If you're really strapped for cash then the Samsung Galaxy Rush is still a good phone, but it doesn't have quite as many features as the others.
If it was me choosing, I would buy the LG Venice, but that's only because I don't live in an area with 4G coverage.

All four of those phones have the same internal 768mb ram and 4gb rom, and they're all maxed at 32gb storage with a micro sd. Might as well go with the phones with more features so long as you have the money.
