      add intro. add sax or some pling plong ultra bells? a vibraphone perhaps? add more mellow part as a bridge. add bass after that to get it "going"? there's a lot of shit you can do to this but I'm honestly as clueless as you when it comes to creating stuff out of my comfort zone. I just put something down and then go from there and add/delete as I go.

      I think Ohaider, KgZ or DjMeas could provide more solid input, but there's my 2 cents at least.

      edit: you could probably subtly glitch this some more as well and go for a benn jordan feel if that's your thing.

          needs a chord progression. after that everything you need to do will be obvious

                                              I like the percussion, sounds glitchy.

                                              The lead, however, should be bumped up at least 3 db and given another 16 bars of progression at the least.

                                              Or you could layer it with another oscillator. Maybe an electro-bass sound, or some strings. (Both are opposite ends of the spectrum, obv.)
