Check the Legacy genre, if you haven't yet. Like hi19 said, most the songs are still there minus a few such as Chrono Trigger and FF7 Battle or w/e it was.
There's 3 engines now, instead of one.
Multiplayer is usually dead.
Challenges don't get used much.
Simfile database and R2 are gone, spin-it-up however is not (though almost nobody plays it).
uhhh, lot of people come and gone, they created a second profile layout type, a new status for certain users known as Legend, etc.
Trying to hit the highlights, I'm sure I missed a lot.

FFR the Anti-Jesus continues people's lives/freedom; Site died back in 2009 and revived in 2010.
