    [Experimental] Another World

    And another jam of mine, somewhat akin to the breakbeat / trance fusion tracks I posted in 2011, but with a certain special touch. This is composed in an "irrational" time signature. First on to guess so correctly obtains 8,000 credits. One guess per poster please... but most of all enjoy this piece

              Good guess, but incorrect, 5/4 being an odd time signature but not "irrational" :P

                              This. Tone down the higher freqs and add some reverb or something, it sticks out like a sore thumb right now.

                              at 0.47 the higher freqs need to be toned down as well, they rape the shit out of my ears and I doubt that's what you were going for here since it's a pretty calm part :I
                              the arpeggiating background synth at 1.00 is really cool though and adds a ton of depth to the mix

                              can't tell what time signature it is, sounds mostly like 4/4 to me heh

                                      Whole thing feels 4/4, irrational meters are a bit like that. You could write with one and express the same thing in a rational sig. Trying to teach myself 'Fabric' on guitar messed my head a bit regarding irrational meters, but this sounds pretty neat in any case.
