              Currently every day basically but i play so much ITG that it balances out :s

              stayed at 170-175lb 5'10" for a couple years
              im cutting it out though, starting going on a liquid diet

                      I make damn good sammiches and eat stupid healthy. I only eat fast foot when I'm pressed for time, so maybe once every two months.

                      Haven't eaten at McDonalds for over six years.

                              The last time I went to a fast food place was 1 1/2 weeks ago when I went to get an Oreo McFlurry. I had a fever between 102-104.
