I am town and I need the rest of you who are as well not to give up. I think this is a really unique and interesting opportunity to be here in this capacity and so I will do my best to make the most of it.

Speaking of which, I think it's time for role claims as soon as possible. If it were up to me, Subaru's claim would be after the rest of yours.

My game world has been flipped upside-down. My family's over so I'll be poppin in periodically but Star, my revelation was this.



I'm gonna have to start from the bottom up and I still gotta leave soon; gonna see if I can fatfinger my way through the mobile website so I can do stuff at Round1 cuz this is the worst possible outcome fmpov.

I gotta run through PoEs and shit, I got no idea how to begin to articulate the situation I feel I'm in but I feel like I'm getting pocketed by someone.

freezin was right when he said me, raeko and freezin all look equally as bad. our only saving grace here is for me to convince you all that raeko and freezin look worse.

freezin voting wv twice in a row doesn't really make sense to me. @freezin can you elaborate on this? i don't remember you having particularly strong feelings about anyone, even wv.

raeko - you could make the same argument for raeko d0 that you could for me, voting inactives benefits wolves. i can see that now and may reconsider an immediate inactive vote in the future. i think in this particular game it was an ok move to vote an inactive due to the night/dead talking but unfortunately botchi wasnt able to take advantage of that. retrospectively, voting botchi was the wrong move here for town so i do apologize. however, when i asked raeko why she voted wv d1 she said she had been sus of him for a while but i dont necessarily remember her harping on him much? and her vote felt like it came out of nowehere for me.

i was unfortunately asleep at eod and didnt vote but i dont think i wouldve voted for wv there. of course that's easy for me to say after the fact but i can assure you i wouldnt have insta'd lol

as for zenith, i think he's done a really good job of articulating his thoughts in a way that is independent of what others have said. i don't see him being wolf here or he's pocketing me hard.

i think it'd already too late for wv to speak but i wish he would elaborate on his vote on me d0. it felt like a meme vote at the time but then he never removed it so i wonder if he just wasnt around to remove it or if he genuinely saw something about my posting he didnt like

i am particularly interested in why you said "if VT is a role present in this game." this implies you are not vanilla town and that you assume nobody is... unless i'm completely misreading your post.

going to be annoying and post this again with more context:

i'm going to approach this conversation as best i can under the guise that you all obviously cannot confirm me as town-aligned but that obviously i know that i am.

raeko/bug is an extremely unlikely wolf team specifically because of the vote on wv d0. two wolves immediately voting an inactive feels way too obvious a play here. therefore, raeko/bug is almost certainly either t/w or w/t. (from my pov this basically confirms raeko as a wolf).

the people who did not vote on d0 are all confirmed town except for zenith so at least one wolf voted for either wayward or botchi.

there has to be at least 1 wolf on the train that voted wayward and from my pov it has to have been 2. star being town confirmed and voting me doesn't look good for me however i've come to the conclusion that any explanation that they give for their suspicions of me won't make sense to me. they've tried several times and frankly, i just don't get the logic there and i don't think i will. clearly suburu and zenith didn't understand it either.

the only person to vote wayward twice is freezin and while that isn't inherently wolfy, i don't love it, particularly because insta was reached (imo it doesn't matter if a wolf wasnt the nail in the coffin, they still contributed). i dont get the town logic to stack on a single person that much with so little reasoning for it.

i don't think it's impossible that zenith is a wolf but i think it's unlikely. zenith/raeko would be possible i guess? but i dont think zenith/freezin makes sense. i can't really explain why fully. fundamentally, i have trouble believing a wolf would outright abstain from voting which zenith did on d0. abstaining from voting doesn't help town or wolves BUT as a town you can get away with it on d0. i believe it's trickier to justify doing that as a wolf. i haven't played wolf ever or twg long enough to have a completely solid opinion about this but this is my gut feeling.

forgot to add this to the end but i want to hear what star and suburu have to say about voting between raeko/freezin tonight. i'm pretty convinced they are our wolf team but we also don't know how many wolf-aligned roles there even are. we are assuming there are two but there could also be just 1.

i would be down to vote either but after consolidating my thoughts i'm actually leaning more towards raeko.

With the stuff you put before it and goin back through everything I can pretty solidly agree on it bein between freezin and raeko. Going through PoE further I feel like I've come to pretty much Bug's exact conclusion too. Freezin I've had pretty much hard neutral the whole game due to unfamiliarity, but with the reveal it only narrows it down to those two to an extent fmpov.

I honestly have no idea what's going on with Zenith, but I feel like Bug's terms of "I don't think it's impossible that zenith is a wolf but I think it's unlikely" fits em to a tee. I've got trust in em atm, but that possibility's always there. Zenith/Raeko in particular is the absolute most crackpot scenario but it is Quite Honestly not out of the question even despite me saying this.

I've been really shaky on Bug the whole time up until last night honestly. I was going off a similar thought process of it's really unlikely they are bad, but it's entirely possible they are and I was psychin myself out. Very convinced they're town at this point after the past couple phases.

I wanna use my vote realllll carefully, and in multiple worlds Raeko's at least one of them so I am saying I'd be down to shoot specifically there tonight, is a concise way of puttin it.

I'll follow Stars advice and claim, I'll try to fit everything into one post for reasons that will become clear soon.

I'm a power role, the name is complete nonsense but I'll keep it to myself in case there's a name killer in the game. Anyways, it's a hodgepodge of dissimilar abilities. The most important being that I have what amounts to a one shot seering that can be used at any time, and I know that there's a role that can kill the highest or lowest postcount living player.

Near the end of the day (though it was completely my fault, I could not curb my habit to post in small bite sized chunks despite mentioning it earlier, that was my soft I guess that this was an issue), I was forced to stay under raekos postcount because I wasn't sure if the postcount kill power was night only or could kill me at any time.

This post has been sitting since around day start and I keep adding to it. I'm waiting for raeko to post so I don't get insta killed after posting it lol

Damn now I'm jealous of bug getting to spam post

Addendum: it's been like 2 hours since day start, I am dying over here. I really wanted to post this then sleep but that's probably not gonna happen at this rate. Part of me wants to just send it but that's a bad idea for town i guess. Screw post controlling roles, seriously

The upside is since I'm making this in a doc on my phone, there shouldn't be any of the usual phone posting word salad.

Since I have time to kill I guess while i wait around for raeko to post, guess I'll post a reads list.

Bug: tbh I usually get annoyed when i get scumread but everything bug has said makes sense. They seem to be considering every factor and genuinely trying to solve the game from their pov. ATM my highest confidence read.

Raeko: I don't think I can give a non biased read on Raeko considering she has been the one throttling my ability to post. Yes I know it's my fault for not consolidating my posts but I think me doing that would've been an even bigger red flag for people who know my posting meta. ANYWAYS I kind of hate this. She can get a scumread for now, fuck it.

Zenith: I've generally liked his posts but that isn't everything, as we all know. I think if I'm looking at the game without assuming there are 2 wolves (who knows, maybe there arnt but I wouldn't bet on it), I would've said just based on tone zenith and bug are both towny, but if I am pressed then I would probably stand by my bug read more which makes zenith scum by PoE. I think for me solving between bug and zenith will probably be the highest priority

I'm falling asleep here, this suuuuuucks. I feel like a lunatic but I'm paranoid if I sleep without posting something I'll get votes when I wake up and with locked votes that would be absolutely catastrophic.

The elaboration is I was absolutely up against it with no time to make any new reads so I just put my vote on wv again because I slightly didn't like him the day before and nothing changed. You don't need to tell me, I know it was terrible. I've had plenty of time to reflect on just how terrible it was while I sit here waiting to make this post so I can finally sleep. My only consolation is his wagon was so big at least I didn't condemn him to death singlehandedly.

Hmmm...what else. I'm really considering just seering raeko or zenith rather than waiting for Star and Subaru to control it. My main delimma is, I don't know if the postcount killer is antitown or not.

Right now, Subaru is at the bottom of the pile. If I were to post this now, and their power gets outed, if they are antitown they can take out the innocent child for free. That's obviously not good. I don't really think that's likely. I think it's more likely it's a vigi type role and they are town aligned. So here's what I'll do.

I'll seer zenith, if he is town, more the better. That clears up my pov between bug and zenith, and gives town valuable info.

If he is a wolf, then that's even better. We go into f3 with great odds, assuming the post count killer is town aligned. We can kill zenith now and at f3 we have a great chance to lock the game up.

I just sent the message to sunfan, now I just have to wait for the results

So zenith is town. While I technically didn't get their role color like I assumed I would, I have a hard time believing their role could ever be wolf aligned. I can say what it is if it means proving my trustworthiness but for now I'll keep that info to myself.

So now it's bug/raeko from my pov. Sad day that I was wrong on bug. Logically I should push for bug first since if raeko dies and isn't the post count killer, I open myself up to dying to that.

There's a lot of mechanical stuff to think about now, should keep town busy for a while. I can post this, sleep, then answer any questions when I wake up. Hopefully I won't be as swamped as I was yesterday at work.

Maybe already dead, and I've been paranoid for nothing. Giving wolves 2 kill powers would just be insane balancewise. Sorry town if I'm wrong and get instaganked because of this, at least I did my job and confirmed zenith as town.

If I'm thinking about it clearly, if the postcount killer was antitown, it doesn't really matter if it's me or Subaru that dies. They are going to get a confirmed town regardless. I should just try to stay ahead of any mishaps that could happen while I'm sitting on my hands waiting around

I want to note a few things starting with I can see where your logic comes from when viewing wagonomics and Mellon/Freezin under the microscope, both had their votes split d0 on two towns, and then collapsed together on d1. I had voted WV to poke him into interacting with me, and I should've rescinded the vote when I had the opportunity to closer to EoD because the longer we went without him to contest or interact in any capacity, the dirtier the lynch started to feel to me.

Bolded section: I don't like this line of talking, and it might be a personal opinion, but self analyzing yourself in a hypothetical to me has the same effect as claiming vanilla. It just seems superficial and blatantly obvious coming from your PoV that I just don't think it needs to be said. I don't mean to come off as putting you down for doing it either (hopefully that's not what I'm doing), it's just icky to me.
