        I actually started reading Berserk. Amazon was selling the Deluxe Editions at pretty solid prices and I decided it was time to see what the deal was.

                    Dance in the Vampire Bund is a fantastic read

                    EDIT: I have indeed mentioned Dance in the Vampire Bund. Oh well.

                    I guess I've been sucked into the world of doujinshi lately, original works are fun to read

                        Fullmetal Alchemist is my all time favorite manga.

                        It's the story of two brothers living in a world where Alchemy is a real working magical form of science. They are on a quest to find the philosopher stone, an item that is said to give unlimited material for creating things with alchemy. They want this stone because they lost their body parts in a failed alchemy experiment when they were children and now need the stone to get them back.

                        During their search they meet a lot of interesting people and uncover a conspiracy surrounding he military controlling the country.

                        It's the best story I've ever read. The characters are memorable, the ideas are unique and the writing is amazing.
