        nah.
        you could maybe argue that LCD DEM has music on par with yume nikki but yume nikki's OST is much more cohesive as a whole and gets a lot more out of its music. yume 2kki has a few moments where it shines but absolutely nothing will come close to the forest world or sky garden themes.
        also yume 2kkis music rarely works outside of its context, and when it does its usually because it didn't work with it's original context (See: power plant theme, Lorn tower, Seagull/realistic beach theme)
        Yume nikki's OST is good enough to stand on its own outside of context, and can rival ambient masterpieces like GAS - POP or Jefre Cantu Ledesma - Love is a Stream

                Are we talking best music in terms of just listening to the OST in a vacuum? Or do you mean best music within the context of playing the game?

                    Either way my answer is probably going to be Ether Vapor, just because it was the first time I was playing a game and really had to take a moment to be like... damn. This soundtrack is incredible.
