If you guys only have to put our name into the system to update us, wouldn't there be a way for us to update our own stats? I don't know how this whole thing works, but it would be great if there was something we could click to update ourselves.

Or if we knew how the leveling exp. worked. I think it would help, and give me something to do when I'm bored.

EDIT: At the moment, this is semi-automatic. We have spreadsheets setup to gather information from your Profile within the coding. I [~Zeta~] made the spreadsheets and is currently trying to make everything automated in some way. This requires a lot of effort and learning how to code and how Excel works. The most difficult part is how profiles are coded in an extreme way that almost no 2 are the same. This renders most medial ways of pulling data and putting it in an orderly fashion useless.
Thank you guys, this is great. I can't wait to go on quests with people, it sounds like a blast. For now, I'll just go for more AAA's, FC's, and Skill tokens!
For those wondering, this is what I've made to be automated so far:
Data retrieval [except for broken profiles that use tables for their data]
Level and Experience display from that data
Leader Boards for Level and Experience
Things that are yet to be automated:
Informational posts [levels, exp, badges etc.] for users signing-up or wanting an update
Full automation from one input [as in putting in a username and spitting everything out without having to do anything manually]
Counting Skill Tokens
and probably other things
It's a touch and go process and I'm slowly learning more and more things to make it work. With what I'm seeing in front of me, this can't last long without it being integrated into FFR. If we have to update a hundred or so people, it can be very time consuming and daunting. Currently it can take about 30 seconds if everything pans out right in the data pulling to update a person. That's 3000 seconds for 100 users, or 50 minutes. IF it works perfectly, which it doesn't at the moment.
This looks like it could be pretty entertaining! I'm really enjoying the amount of effort put into this concept so far, and looking forward to what this could have in store as it progresses. Bosses pertaining to the entirety of the RPG seem like they could be really interesting, can't wait!
Count me in, maybe the challenges might get me into playing this game for GT and occasional anti-skilling.
PS: Me using the velocity layout isn't a problem for you identifying the tokens is it? If so here is a screenshot if it makes it any easier:
