Haha . It's ok. It took me around 1 and a half months to do the hard songs. By the way, the mode I play is Catch The Beat which is WAY easier than The original Osu! Well to me it is
You'd be surprised at some of the harder CtB charts
I don't doubt that osu! is much harder mechanically and at the top level but CtB has difficulties all it's own
I can agree with that. I mean, I don't really play it (I've done it once or twice, but not a ton of practice at it) and it seemed pretty simple. But if it was too easy, there'd be no challenge and people would just get bored.
In terms of streaming, CtB is easier (you can put some 64th 300bpm bs but as long as they're on the same spot you'd catch them all).
Jumping on the other hand is a whole lot different. It's probably as hard as osu! and if not, it's harder for sure, since your dude catching the fruits is still moving at a fixed speed even with the shift button (makes it really hard, some far-end fruits look impossible to catch rofl, but you see peeps do it anyway!) whereas in osu! skilled players can note snap, aka they can move to the next note almost instantly no matter how far it is.
CtB players have a fairly high playcount too, it's not like they can sightread everything xd
If anyone wants to play Ctb, play Perfect Math Class with no fail on and on one of the harder difficulties. Then tell me if it's easier than Osu mode. :3
