Pretty much either them or long one-handed trills. At least with runningmen your hand gets a break every beat.

it strains my hand at the end... that's when i usually can't keep up... fc'ed it one handed with like 350 goods rofl. probably one of the most one hand unfriendly "easy" songs.

had 3 goods until the end and i got scared and did the trill too quik and got an average and a boo

To get better at CIA Rave, you need to be able to learn to read Blue Note Syndrome, and keep a constant pace. How you do that Mr. Op, that is up to you.
