This is an example of a wristjacking file. It's basically jacks that comes with 2-3 lines of arrows coming at the same direction for a certain amount of time.
Vibrating is when you use a certain muscle in your arm to vibrate.
Here are some videos that contains vibrating. I'm using Dossar for example since he has a lot of them.
There is also something called light tapping or "vibrating control" where as you have to lightly vibrate a song in other to combo it. Vibrating these kinds of songs will cause you to boo rush which makes you fail the song. Here's a vid that contains light tapping.
