                550 is what I seem to be the msot comfortable with... the IDEAL speed varies per song... it can go as low as 450 if it's got fewer arrows, or as high as around 600 for ones with more arrows... I just use 550 for everything by default though... and I use 500 if I'm playing index even though I suck at it...

                            650 right now, and I've been moving up 10-15 bpm every few days to increase my reaction time.

                            My skill varies a huge amount between days, so I don't know if the speed is helping me get better or not.

                                                            I can do Max 300 on 2x without the bar xD and like everything else that's a 10 on 1.5x.. but 150bpm-200bpm is 2x, infact I use 2x on stuff as low as 125bpm.. so yea =)
