I'll expand on this and explain why. It's because the word that "Catfish" replaces causes FFR to show up on a search for naughty words, thereby classifying the site as "naughty." The admins can't have that, so they just edit it out with Catfish instead.

I forget where I found that. Maybe it was in this thread, maybe it was in the "Legal Catfishophile" thread in CT from some time ago, maybe it was somewhere else. I just remember an admin explaining it like that.
