I noticed your message on Synthlight's profile so I'll answer. The system that handles credits, scores, gameplays and whatnot needs work, so it's obvious that you will not be able to access some features of the site, more importantly, purchase songs from in-game like you've tried to do.
If you want to view your profile on FFR, you must first be logged out (it's an issue that staff need to fix as well).
