Re: [SM/PKMN spoof] Pokemon Ultima - Stepmania's Elite Four (Feat. 6 Well Known Membe
@igotrhythm Thanks. Really though, probably the first in depth critique I received. I actually started writing these as a joke, and they were receiving some good recognition, so I pursued it. This is my first attempt at battle scenes, so the battles aren't as detailed as I wanted. Reason being that even in the anime, they are somewhat repetitive. Also, thinking of many different ways to say "He commanded his pokemon to use slash" is ridiculously hard.
As for the end, that's my humor. Also why I labeled it spoof. I wrote this as I went along, and most of the ideas came along the way. I didn't start thinking of porygon until Elite Four member 3.
But yea, thanks for the critique. If you checked out my other story (main focus, 6 chapters left), you'll see how I really write. That one takes the focus off battling, and is definitely a unique perspective. Each pokemon represents a member on SMO. I plan to write this for a while, and after the next 6 chapters, I'm going to start introducing more people. Even people who aren't exactly SMO members. :P
