nvm, wrong play, i was thinking about edibus >.< Hamlet was something about the king getting murdered by some other guy who marries the queen and becomes king, and his son does stuff to end up killing the guy.

Hah, I read this book earlier in the year for my English class, and I understood it a little, then my English teacher explained it and I understood it completely. So yeah...
It was alright, I think the only reason it was alright is because we read it in class.
Now we are reading Pygmalion, pretty sure I didn't spell that right.

I can understand Shakespeare okay, but the fact that it's written in an archaic style doesn't help me to keep my attention. Similar reason why I gave up on Lord of the Rings (the style LotR was written barely kept my attention at all, but I loved the plotline which I got from the movies). I'm much better at reading modern literature, because they hook me better.

(Hint: You're confusing "MacBeth" with "Hamlet." Lion King and Lion King 1 1/2 are based off of "Hamlet" and "Rosencrantz and Gildenstern are Dead," respectivley.)
