Bleach be bombsauce
And yeah, no one likes fillers. Luckily, Bleach and Naruto filler ended around the same time. That Bounto arc just pissed me off to no end.
The show now is very excellent, if you're caught up on the episodes. They drew the fight scenes really well and added a batch of awesome sauce music to spur it along. Love it.
Also, don't watch the Adult Swim version. Firstly, it's English dubbed.

Secondly, I would get pretty pissed having to wait that long for when they finally reach the filler arc. YouTube or torrent it. Japanese, ftw.
