    Right. Which happens in the show. People get looked down on. People stick to cliques. And then they sing, and are happy, and start getting along. That's the point.

        High School Musical seriously does suck
        It's just so damn stupid
        Volleyball is the best (even thought I don't play much of it anymore)
        But I still have band!!!

            The only reason this stupid musical got popular is probably because first of all, it came from Disney, second, little 10 year olds who don't know a rat's ass about high school life thought is was cool.

            It's true that the songs have already corrupted the minds of some of us, but REPENT. REPENT NOW FOR YOUR SINS, AND GOD MAY STILL LOVE YOU.

                            And, in relevance to this thread...Yes, High School Musical sucks. I don't even know why they decided to make a HSM 2. No one is going to spend their money to go watch it or to buy the DVD. It is going to be as bad, or maybe worse than the first one.

                                Except that people ARE planning on watching it and ARE going to buy it on DVD. It's a lucrative property. I'm GOING to a High School Musical 2 premiere party, as I was working on the technical crew of a professional production of HSM in Richmond.
