Maybe it's because they didn't make enough episodes for it to go on? Or a more popular Anime replaced it. But Futurama never makes new episodes anymore so idk why it's still on the air. I like to watch it, though. lol.

Theres going to be new episodes of Futurama airing on comedy central in possibly 2008.

I miss all those good shows that used to be on. Big O and Lupin the Third were my favorites. If only all the idiotic, pointless piles of crap that are shown now could be tossed away and old favorites could come back to us.

The ratings of it can't compare to the big dogs like Inuyasha or Fullmetal Alchemst.
Ratings? More like fanbase.

FMA is good, but if you had to go by ratings (FRR general consensus lol), Inuyasha would nearly be off the air (along with other pieces of **** like 12oz. Mouse, Squidbillies, and Tom Goes To the Mayor).

The only shows that are really expected to get awesome ratings are Family Guy, Futurama, and to a lesser extent, the shows which air immediately after them.

As such, they won't cancel the shows on at midnight through 2 AM for having lesser ratings, unless those lesser ratings are lesser than other shows which have aired in the same slot.

ps I would bet that Inuyasha has the best ratings of any anime on Adult Swim.

pps for people saying it's still on sometimes: You're dirty rotten liars. The last time I saw it was a long time ago. They always play stupid **** like Voltron or Super Milk Chan in the last time slots of Adult Swim (5:30 AM, I believe).

They don't even have the show anymore. When you go to their site and look at their list of all the shows they have. Case Closed isn't even listed anymore meaning they don't have it anymore. I wonder why?

The show still airs in Japan. Like I said, they DBZ'd the hell out of it and it's on ep 400 or so.

I didn't mind the few episodes that I saw on TV. However, I was never bothered to actually pursue watching the rest of them.

Ex: Anyone remember Witch Hunter Robin? How about Trigun? Big O? Lupin the Third?

I loved WHR. Though I've never watched Trigun or those other two.

i just went out and bought the case closed box set and the Hellsing Ultimate movie. They are awesome
