Re: Greatest Child/Adult Cartoon Ever

yes, rocko's modern life is both adult and child, they have things in the story where it's only understood by adults and they go through some pretty situations that children shouldn't really know, but they hid it through the comedy of cartooning and animation.

I loved that show, Ren and Stimpy WAS an adult show to begin with until Nickelodeon has gotten their filthy hands on it

Rocko's Modern life was a great cartoon to watch as a kid. I still remember the episode where Hefer goes to get liposuction and the dog eats the huge sack of Hefer's fat.

I flip on the television and it's really disappointing to see what they play on Nickelodeon now.
Oh and btw, Rugrats All Grown Up was the worst idea ever..

My favorite cartoon as a child was Captain Planet.

Wind, I'm surprised you didn't say Pokemon.

Anyways, Rocko is great. I like the episode when he goes to the movie theater and all the employees there wore Rocko's shirt as their job uniform. I think he gets beaten with a flashlight before the entire theater explodes from too much popcorn.
