All the Haruhi girls kind of suck horribly.
Haruhi is hot as hell but the biggest bitch to ever grace anime. Worse off, she never has anything approaching a decent reason to be bitchy.
Mikuru is also hot, but her complete uselessness in any serious situation and utter absence of backbone are huge turn offs. However, she could still go Kaede, in which case I would forgive her.
Yuki is just uninteresting to the extreme. She takes the stoic character type and extends it far beyond its limits.
Out of them, Mikuru shows the most promise, but I somehow don't think we are going to see these characters actually develop before this series is over, especially since we haven't seen any of that in the first two thirds of the series.

Wow, episode 10 was awesome. Well, at least the first half was. The Adult Mikuru segment was kind of weak.
Still, this show is sooooooo much better in serious mode than it is in comedy mode. It really needs to get into serious mode more often.

Great show, it's been cracking me up quite often. The complete laugh out loud moments pop up a few times an episode, but even while it's going slow, I still smile.

Also, she's actually showing more than one side so far, but anything outside of obnoxious comes up rarely, so I like it.
