        I just watched Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni 4. I'm absolutely in love with this show. Moe bishoujos + incredibly dark plotline = me likes. And when I say dark, I truly do mean dark - this show certainly is not for the faint of heart, or for those who are easily depressed. I have a hard time seeing how they will keep this going for 26 episodes, but at this point I have a lot of faith in the directing and writing of the series.

        As a bonus, the ED is absolutely amazing. It edges out Nana's ED as the best anime OP/ED of the season (and before I really listened to this ED I considered Nana's ED to be leagues ahead of everything else this season had to offer). The full length version can't come out soon enough.

        I also saw the first episode of Ouran the other day. Amusing show, although I don't see any real interesting directions for the series to head in. I might see more at my local anime club, but since I am already following a billion shows I don't think that I will bother downloading it.

            Ok, 4 episodes of 2/3 of my favorite shows have aired and they are still good. If there's anyone who wants to discuss, post it in the threads I'll be making for them.
