Well I'd give it if I had to, is there a SPECIAL WAY to do it or can I just say "yes use all you want" in that thread and be fine ?

Still, if you really need something wrote in an «official manner, I can say :
"All my tracks can be used for every purpose, heck, you can even modify them if you want as long as you don't claim being the (sole) author of that one. Pretty cool huh ?"

Never invent a genre without extremely good reason.

I don't understand how you could ever possibly give this advice to a musical artist. "Don't be creative, stick to what's already been done."?
