Can I have a new background and siggy?

Make them 960x3500 and 600x200.
I want something blue and black.

Edit:

I need one additional siggy.
I still need it at 600x200.
I want it abstract and it needs to say "I am Fanta's Sexy Lover" in BIG letters right in the middle.
