if using IE, do this, once logged in, hit Control R to get a good solid refresh.

I am seeing data in there, so it should not be saying "UPDATING"

IE is just a pain with that sometimes. If you are expecting to see an update, sometimes a hard refresh or Control R will do it for ya ..
