I'm actually studying for this very reason! I want to go to college in the states because I feel that the educational system will fit my style more. I don't know where I want to live in the future, but it probably won't be Korea, to be honest.

The opportunity to do wasfuersohr was almost a complete coincidence...I found the site because Marco, the guy who runs it, had a thread he updated on a forum I lurked. (To this day, I still haven't registered on the site.) I really enjoyed the music he was putting up, so I emailed him a thank you letter.

To my surprise, he asked me if I would like to join in, but I accepted, and the rest just fell into place. I enjoyed writing and music, so getting to work for this blog has been a dream come true and an eye-opening experience for me.

My stance on illegal music downloading is skewed because I'm a student with no money, but I feel that it is reasonable for many people. Stealing, of course, is wrong, but when it comes to art...should financial ability be a requisite to be able to access it? There is an unfortunate attitude many people have where they download illegally even when they have the money not to do so, but that should not be equated with the attitudes of people who simply cannot pay.

Personally, I am trying to cut down on illegal downloading; part of the reason I took up music criticism, actually, was that I felt a need to at least support artists in other ways if I couldn't do so financially. But hopefully both consumers and distributors will meet each other halfway eventually.

No, no! I LOVE QUESTIONS. ALL OF THEM.

In my free time? Err...listen to music, write reviews and essays, watch television, plan out television shows in my head, read, go for hikes, and eat stuff. Not necessarily in that order.

A LOT OF THINGS. I have never been able to try sketch comedy, despite always having the itch. I actually have a speech impediment: I stutter and have a very severe lisp, so self esteem plays into the issue a little bit. I like to think that I have better writing skills than speaking skills anyway.

I have never gone to a foreign country on my own because of expenses. I have never seen The Wire. I have never written a sitcom or won an Emmy or even STARTED on my future award winning novel. I have never had a girlfriend...but I'm cool with that. (But I still want to know what a relationship is like.)

And I have yet to do anything that made a big difference in my community. That's the goal I want to tackle next year.

You will get no secret hate from me. I breathe K-pop. Sure, it can be shallow at times, but Korea undoubtedly has one of the most diverse, active, and exciting pop scenes in any nation.

this is hard. there will probably be like 10 other cool peeps that I would just as easily choose on a different day...or that I forgot to mention x.x, so nobody should take this too personally.

right now:

Gundam: obvious choice. we pretty much raised each other, he is a super chill dude and would be a great person to hang out with.
Kommisar: mad cooking skills, funny and nice and other good things
IcyWorld: I feel like our personalities would really match. very fun person to talk to
Oreosama: I love talking to him on Facebook. open minded, fun, very smart, and supportive of everybody.

I actually have no idea how poker works. I guess I would have to run screaming by default. Or fold. That IS when you surrender, right?

If I answered yes, then yes. If not, then no. No logical fallacy here!

In Seoul, that would be the period of time between seven thirty to nine AM. The subways get ridiculously cramped in that time. Otherwise, the city actually isnt too bad when it comes to crowding.

Once, I got to go on a dope cruise to Mexico. That was really fun. I wish I had spent more time than two hours there, but what I did see was very interesting.
