but nah the cool words are the really obscure ones -- the universally-accepted standard canon of 96 2-letter words (which we both knew -- was pissed about that), and the special q-words (which we ALSO both knew... **** like qi, qoph, qat, qis, suq, suqs, quid, qadi, etc).

Oh there are a LOT more than 96, but there is a set of 96 that you can be safe with depending on the dictionary you use. We used the Scrabble dictionary which had a bunch more than the 96 (I looked for the ones outside of the standard 96, and there was **** like da, ea, ee, ch, zo, etc, which not all dictionaries have).

I always knew about qat, and I don't play Scrabble nearly as religiously as anyone else who plays qat in Scrabble lmfao
