I agree with Izzy. Sounded more like he came on to her, which I'd be more upset with than the girl kissing.
Kick his ass, talk with her about it, and if you can't reach a compromise, or if it happens again, dump her. Simple enough.

Don't take that too seriously. Enjoy your time while you're with her and have fun the way you both want to. People these day dramatize WAY too much about cheating. If it was me, I would just forgive her (even though she lied before admiting it (she was just probably too nervous about your reaction)) and tell, the guy in a peacull manner that you are NOT okay with him kissing you girlfriend and that you don't want him to restart that.
Personnaly, when it comes out to these sort of things, I just tell myself : Hey, it's not like she's my damn possesion. Let her live and experience things.

Also, drinking 2 beers and getting totally drunk is NOT the same thing and yeah, my school is the same; A WHOLE bunch of people that smoke weed and drink beers like everyday and a couple of people who don't. Seriously, out of 220 people in my grade, about 30 aren't doing those things. Which is about 3 groups of people including my group of friends. I think it's the same thing for the other grades.
Personnaly,I wouldn't go out with a girl who is 2 years younger than me because she wouldn't quite be at my level in terms of maturity and maybe knowledge but that's just me. I understand that sometimes, you can't be really picky amongs all those retarded people that I refer to as classmates.

a)hold it over her head and make her feel guilty as hell. then get more sex or whatever out of the situation. let her know being drunk isn't a good cop out regardless of whether the guy came onto her and kissed her. she could of said no but she took it cuz she is a horny bitch
b)just play it off like it didnt phase you at all and forgive her and go on with life with her as your gf. tell her its no big deal. then get drunk and have some girl come up and kiss you and see what she does.

I've been laughing at her actually, at how ****ing stupid she is through all of this.
Also, do you guys think I should still buy her a ring for her birthday right after she's done this to me, I don't think so.
