Oh, my friend actually told me a bit about that school! He goes to University of Texas. I dunno how good/bad their program is, but I don't think he'd go there if it was crap.

UT has a good program. I wish your friend the best of luck. Aerospace engineering isn't easy by any stretch of the imagination and he'll be working very hard for the next 4 or 5 years.
