You could also use Pigeon...very easy to get working. I used both mIRC and Pigeon and Pigeon is much more...tidy.

People stopped reading my blog when I started making 1000+ word posts that contained a lot of words but little real message. Basically just stream of thought of me trying to verbalize intangible feelings after a lifetime of being trained to not express my emotions. It didn't help that I was going on and on about the same girl that clearly isn't interested and I really shouldn't be feeling as strongly for her as I am.

Also, I tried to start a livejournal account and it said my account was purged and I would have to give them 15 dollars if I wanted an account named "Afrobean". **** that ****.

I prefer family guy, but AORC is Anarchy Online's chat server...
You can chat to people in game without actually having to download the client... the whole set up of IRC is pretty much identical to AORC.

download mIRC. create a username. make sure port 6667 is open on your computer (how to in XP, Vista). in the main window, type in:



then when it gives you a submenu, type in

And on Google there are almost 28 million results on how to use irc. If you can't learn to automatically at least try a google search before you ask, you are hopeless and need to gfto the internet.

Last night was pretty lulzy. And yes, I am an AIM generation user. When I started really getting into the internetz, everyone thought AIM was pretty cool and it was getting popular. I was like 10 years old at the time. Took me a while to figure out how to use IRC last night. Like an hour or something of me like "how the **** does this work" and Poke saying "LOL HURRY UP N GET IN HERE"
